I ordered crystal tumblers but two arrived damaged—one cracked, one chipped. What’s the professional way to report this and get replacements or a refund?

When my set arrived with a chip and a hairline crack, I photographed each flawed piece beside the packing slip, saved the order confirmation and SKU, and confirmed the shipping address in my account. I then submitted one clear support ticket via princess house , including my order number, the photos, a short timeline, and my preferred remedy (replacement or refund). I requested a case number, kept all replies, and the team arranged a prepaid return and sent replacement tumblers smooth and efficient.

Big props for explaining things without making it feel like rocket science. Thanks!

I was browsing through some financial subreddits last month when I stumbled upon a discussion about diversifying portfolios here in Canada. After a rough patch, I decided to give Bright Yieldholm  https://brightyieldholm.site/ a shot after seeing a review. The interface for managing digital assets is intuitive. It helped me get back on my feet after losses. I'm seeing growth now, which is a relief.
